Sports Performance Training Programs
Elite performance starts with how fast you move and how well you control it.
Two Facilities. One Standard.
Every one of our sports performance training programs runs out of both Dragons Den facilities in Geneva and South Elgin, Illinois. A 10-year-old learning to sprint and a college athlete rebuilding after a season do not need the same plan.
How It Works
Your Training. Your Lane. Your Results.
Every athlete who walks through our doors gets training built around their individual goals, whether that’s getting faster off the line, building functional strength, improving conditioning, or developing an all-around athletic foundation. From group athletic training classes to one-on-one sessions and full team training, every program is designed to meet athletes where they are and push them to where they want to be. No two athletes train the same way, because no two athletes are the same.
That’s the philosophy the gym was built on. Founded by Coach Davion, our training approach treats every athlete as an individual, not a number in a class.
No matter the program, it all starts in the same place: the fundamentals. Our coaching places a strong emphasis on the foundational mechanics every athlete needs: proper movement patterns, body positioning, footwork, and running form. When an athlete moves efficiently, everything improves: speed, strength, endurance, and injury resilience. Small technical corrections make a significant difference in how an athlete performs and how long they stay healthy doing it.
Whether you’re a young athlete looking to stand out on the field, part of a team preparing for the season, or someone serious about taking their fitness to the next level, there’s always something to refine. Our coaches identify what needs work and build from the ground up, whether in a class, one-on-one, or alongside your teammates, so every session inside the gym produces the right results.
Our Programs
All of our training programs are built to increase mobility, speed, agility, power, and strength. Our 60 minute classes serve athletes of all sports as we believe in building a well-rounded, explosive athlete.
Advanced Athlete Performance Program
Built for high school and collegiate athletes at every stage. Newer athletes refine technique and build strength and speed; experienced athletes train at the pace and intensity of the next level.
One-on-One Training
Every session is built around one athlete: their sport, their goals and what's holding them back. A coach's full attention means real-time corrections and a program that adapts session to session.
Team Training
The same coaching and structure for your whole roster. Local teams book sessions to build speed, strength and conditioning, programmed for their sport and season.
Adult Fitness
Coached HIIT classes on weekday mornings in Geneva, mixing strength with conditioning. Every exercise scales to you, and a coach watches your form throughout.
Youth Speed & Agility
We teach young athletes to move well before we ask them to move fast: running form, footwork, stopping and changing direction, through drills and games.
