Information you give us
When you submit our interest or contact form we collect the name, email address and phone number you enter, the names and ages of the participants you list, the services you are interested in, and anything you write in the comments field. If you tick the consent box, you agree that we may contact you by SMS, email and phone about your inquiry, scheduling, updates and promotions. Message and data rates may apply, and you can opt out at any time by replying STOP to a text or by contacting us.
If you sign up for a membership, book a class or log in to the member portal, that information is collected and stored by our membership platform (GymDesk) under its own privacy policy.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites we use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site: pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser type, and how you arrived here. This data is aggregated and does not identify you by name. Our forms are protected by Google reCAPTCHA, which may collect device and interaction data to tell people from bots; its use is covered by Google’s privacy policy and terms of service.

Form submissions are kept for as long as we need them to respond to you and to run our programs. You may ask us to correct or delete the information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you, at any time.
