THE ROAD TO THE DEN
-
Tampa, Florida
Coach Davion's path to fitness didn't begin in a gym. It started in the backyards and streets of Tampa, where an 18-year-old from the neighborhood refused to let him sit on the sidelines and made him play against kids who were bigger, older, and stronger. No excuses, no exceptions.
Age 7
I don't know who the heck this guy was. Every time he saw me, he made me play ball whether I wanted to or not. He saw potential in me, and he was right. I may have hated it at times, but now I thank him for what he did.

Southwestern College, Kansas
That early pressure revealed something: an extraordinary capacity to perform. Davion played college football at Southwestern College, breaking school records before competing professionally in the Arena Football League.

A private workout with the Miami Dolphins
The pinnacle came in 2010, when the Miami Dolphins brought him in for a private workout, one step away from the highest level in the sport.
2010
My dream was always to play in the NFL. I took one of the hardest routes possible to get there and barely missed it. I was a maverick. I pretty much willed my way to the top with very little help.

Dragons Den Sports Performance
That road gave Coach Davion something most trainers can't teach: he knows what the human body is capable of when it's pushed with purpose. The discipline, the resilience, and the grind from that journey now go into training athletes and everyday people who are ready to unlock the best version of themselves.
